For sure you want to list how old PHP is under Apache 1.3. the upgrading to PHP5/Apache 2.2.4 might be really painful depending on existing content and the versioning under which it was created. the jump say from PHP3 to PHP5 is epic, not so bad from 4 to 5 though. Aside from that, it sounds like you are pretty close to having you environment on the machine built. I hope you find some one with the time to lend a hand, if I didn't have commitments coming out of my ears I'd be happy to help out, as it is though, I can barely keep pace with my own networking/machine needs! ;) My job just pulls me away from my personal gear... wtf? heh.
