It was running Red Hat 7.3 with apache 1.3. Granted it was patched but defiantely not the latest and greatest. Will be reloaded with Mandrake 10.1 and everything will be patched to the latest and greatest for security purposes. Script was run that replaced all the index files and there is something coded into the system that is refusing to allow new index files to show properly.
