    <summary type="html">Okay, so I figured this out (if anyone cares) after some experimentation and some web searching.&#xD;
&#xD;
The standard RedHat configuratin for Apache 2.0 doesn't include APXS.  I wound up grabbing the apxs scripts from a tarfile for the latest version.  &#xD;
&#xD;
There is also an interesting site that I wish I'd found while I was trying to resolve this:&#xD;

    <summary type="html">Hello Apache folks,&#xD;
&#xD;
I'm trying to compile PHP for my Apache 2.0 installation.  However, one of the things that's required is apsx - and this seems to be nowhere on my installation.&#xD;
&#xD;
Is there a way to just get this application, or do I have to re-compile Apache 2.0 as well?&#xD;
